And It Was Merry...

I hope you had a wonderful Christmas! Before the month is officially over I wanted to share the last couple of projects that I created using the December Birds of a Feather kit.

A simple card and tag was made easy using the cardstock stickers from October Afternoon as accents.

The tag was perfect for adorning a teacher gift that we gave this year.

I can't wait to see what the new year brings! Wishing you and yours a very happy and healthy New Year!

It seems like there is always someone that you need to add to your gift giving list at the last minute during the holidays. Thankfully I have the Birds of a Feather kit to create with ready to go on my craft desk!

These cards fit the "handmade" bill yet were super quick and easy to put together! Hooray!

I hope that your holiday season is going smoothly! Christmas is almost here...can't wait!

Hello everyone, its Brenshevia again with another reveal featuring our fabulous December kit! Christmas comes but once a year and so that is really the only time of the year I get to scrap Christmas photos of the grandkids and with the great December kit I couldnt wait to get those pictures out and put those fabulous papers to work!

First up is a layout featuring grandbaby # 1, although she isnt a baby anymore!  This is one of my all time favorite pictures of her, I think if I could get away with scrapping it for every layout I would. Most of the items used for this layout came from the December kit, all with the exception of the doily.  Take note of the tag behind the photo, youwill see that again!

For my next layout I decided to scrap a photo of all the grandkids at around about the same age for each of them.  All three posing in their Christmas best and somewhat smiling for the camera.......lol. Again, nearly 100% kit items with exception of of the string lights which are from Paper House Productions.  I also used my Silhouette Cameo to create a makeshift tree which I layered with paper to create the effect you see below.

Thanks so much for stopping by, see you in the new year!

Holiday Cards using the December Kit

December is such a busy, busy month! I've been sick so far, had the brakes go out in my car and then my husband's car followed suit, had to attend to some training out of town for work and have yet to do any baking or prep for the holiday beyond shopping! AHHH! I was however able to easily create these quick cards using the Birds of a Feather kit for December...the kit coordinates PERFECTLY for putting together some quick and easy projects! Love that since this month is so crazy.

These cards literally took minutes to make. Using the tags on the 12 x 12 sheet from Basic Grey's Juniper Berry collection made them super quick to create and yet they look super classy!

I hope you are finding some time to spend creating this month! I know when I don't have the time to spend in my craft room I get a little bit edgy! I'm glad I was able to create so easily using this month's kit!

Tis the Season!

Hello everyone and welcome to my first December reveal.  Can you believe its already the middle of December and Christmas is next week??  Me either!

Well I decided to do something a little bit different with this month's kit.  Its been a while since I have created any off the page projects so for my first reveal, I figured, why not! Christmas time is also a time of giving cards and family dinners so I decided to make a few cards this year.

This card was created with the coordinating card stock that came in this month's kit, along with my Cameo.  I love this cut file, doesn't it just scream Christmas?

Next up is a place card for your family dinner table.  Again using more of the card stock and my Silhouette Cameo.   All left for you to do is add each person's name to the card and you are done.

Thanks so much for stopping by.  If you havent bought your December kit yet, now is the time!  Lots of fun papers for your December card making projects!
