Technique Tuesday: Create a Decorative Ribbon Border!

I thought it would be fun to create a little fringe border for a tag using cut strips of ribbon from the January kit and adding some of the smaller buttons for added interest.

I cut small strips of the ribbon at an angle and alternated the way the cuts fell when adhering them to one of the pre-made tags on the patterned papers from this month's kit...adding buttons was the final touch!

Something super simple but makes for an extra special something to a tag or scrapbook embellishment!
